艾可瑞板式换热器是由一组波纹金属板组成，板上有孔，供传热的两种液体通过。金属板片安装在一个侧面有固定板和活动压紧板的框架内，并用夹紧螺栓夹紧。板片上装有密封垫片，将液体通道密封，并且引导流体交替地流至各自的通道内。液体的流量、物理性质、压力降和温度差决定了板片的数量尺寸，液体的化学性能、腐蚀特性决定了板片及胶垫的材质，不同的波纹板结构设计不公提高了湍流程度，并且形成许多支撑点，足以承受介质间的压力差。
Product Description: Aike Rui plate heat exchanger is composed of agroup of corrugated metal plate, perforated plate, two kinds ofliquid for heat transfer through. The sheet metal is mounted in aframe with a fixed plate and a movable compression plate on theside and is clamped by a clamping bolt. The plate is provided witha gasket to seal the liquid passages and to guide fluid flowalternately to the respective passages. Flow, poor physicalproperties, pressure drop and liquid temperature determines thenumber of plate size, characteristics and chemical properties,corrosive liquid determines the plate and the rubber pad material,design of corrugated plate structure of different injustice improvethe extent of turbulence, and the formation of many points ofsupport, to withstand the pressure difference between themedium.
